Phone interview. Not a lot of typical interview questions beyond 'why do you want to work here'. Mostly questions about knowledge of equipment and whether you have factory equipment background. Technical, subjective questions, nothing too objective.

Did a walk through and interview was no longer than 10 min after. Got odfered a job on the spot, they are desperate. You cannot do this job if you are slow paced and dont like the heat, or hard work.
