I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frasca International
Interview
I submitted resume to the HR email address. HR manager is very courteous and friendly. She responded within a week of resume submission. Talked to HR over the phone about my experience, and two weeks later was contacted to visit the location.
On site, I interviewed with two engineers. Each asking different aspect of what is expected of aeronautical engineer working at Frasca. One engineer asked me to write the formulae to use for a given time step in updating a vehicle position. Another engineer asked more physics questions like equations of motion for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Lastly, Frasca's engineering manager interviewed me on past experiences, asking more details about resume items. Engineering manager also asked me if I had any programming experience.
Overall very pleasant experience.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Frasca International in Dec 2015
Interview
Frasca representatives visited an on-campus career fair at the University of Illinois and took resumes. The HR manager sends out emails with interview offers to the owners of the resumes. There may be two or three interviews in the whole process, where the first one includes questions about the interviewee's experience and the last one is on-site.
