They will want a Situation, Action and Result based off of past actions. About 7 total questions.
They will be looking for things YOU did in the situation to get a specific outcome. Plan ahead with stories from past and current work experience that helps you shine.

very good it was not that difficult and very understanding interviewee. It was a series of questions to verify my english level and they then reviewed my resume. The person interviewing was very nice and understanding.
