Easy. You do not need any prior job experience. They just ask if you're basically a good person.
I assume all kroger stores will be the same as this interview as well.

I was very comfortable. It was actually one of the better interview processes I have ever had . Very friendly and family like environment. The interviewer is very down to earth.
