Free People MIT interview questions

The interview was very chill. Felt more like I was talking to a friend versus getting grilled in an interview. Automatically felt comfortable and was able to be myself.

Applied online. Took about two weeks for someone to reach out to me. Interviewed with the store manager, which went well, so I moved forward and had a second interview with the DM. Since then, no communication whatsoever. Follow-up communication has gone unanswered. Incredibly rude, considering I was forced to drive to faraway locations to play catch up with the DM. Would've been nice to get an actual rejection, instead of being ignored. Despite having previous management experience, was also informed an MIT is essentially their version of a key holder, not an actual manager-in-training.
