I completed an initial phone screen with an internal recruiter, which took around 15 minutes. I was asked routine questions about my CV and why I was interested in the role. The recruiter was very nice and gave a lot of background about FreeAgent. She didn't know a lot about the Content Editing role specifically. I was then given a few days to complete a 500-800 word writing task, which took me about two hours to complete. 2-3 days later I got an email saying I didn't pass to the next round, which was an in-office interview. The email appeared to be a form letter which stated other candidates more closely matched FreeAgent's writing style & tone.

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and proactive. I felt that I was treated kindly and with genuine interest and care. I received good feedback in a quick time.
