I went through a 3rd party recruiter for this position. I had a phone interview with them, then a zoom interview with HR at Freedom and finally an in-person interview with the CEO, VP and the direct supervisor. Sounds daunting, but it was not a bad experience.

Professional and relaxed. The owner is a very kind person as well as a serious business owner who wants their company to succeed. 3-round interview process through zoom and in-person. The hiring staff was all pleasant as well and were a pleasure to work with.
