Interview
The interview process took 1 month to finalize, your first interview is with a hiring agency that confirms the work history, experience, educations and skill set. Your second interview is with the hiring manager and during which you are asked to take an evaluation survive. The third interview is with the regional or global head for that particular function within the company. Assuming all three interviews meets the Company standards for that position an offer letter is issued and the drug and background test is administered.
