You talk to Leah, the GM and then to Jack the owner if he's around. (EG location). Biggest concern is your full availability. Christmas Eve, Christmas, Easter brunch, Sunday brunches at Cranston location, etc.

Kept trying to talk me into being a server when I specifically applied for advertised bartender position.
easy, simple questions. Came in for an interview and he basically hired me on the spot. Manager said it was an entry level job. He was nice and friendly and didn't really ask many personal or difficult questions
