Just a normal interview that asks all the normal leadership questions: how would you do in stressful situations, conflict resolution, give examples...etc... There was not very many questions after those normal three.

Interview
I received an offer letter from the company, the recruiter was't proactive enough so during the negotation process the hiring manager decided to give the position to someone else. They decided to interview me again fpr an FA role, i interviewed... AGAIN, but again the recruiter never communicated, they just sent a letter that states I'm no longer getting considered". I message the hiring manager directly and said He can explain, but when I tried to schedule a phone conversation he said he is busy.. Unbelievable!
