The interview process was confusing at first because the recruiter stated a "phone interview" but sent an email with a Teams invite. I was expecting it to be a Teams video meeting due to everything already being sent with a link, I logged on and waited for 6-7 minutes pass my interview time. However, I get a phone call and decided to answer it and it was the recruiter. I couldn't understand certain words because everything was loud in the background on the recruiter's end, literally a call center type setting due to multiple reps talking in the background, phones ringing, and not to mention the constant Teams "notification" sounds from her computer going off and "binging" constant during our whole interview process.
