      Data Analyst Intern Interview

      13 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Pune
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fresh Gravity (Pune) in Sept 2025

      Interview

They usually have 4 rounds: one coding round followed by two technical interviews (1 hour each). Unfortunately, the coding platform was a very poor experience. The code editor felt like a basic notepad, with no option to run code before submitting. You only get 5 submission attempts, and even then, many submissions fail with unclear “file errors” not mentioned in the problem statement. The questions themselves were also poorly framed — for example, one problem required writing code without a main method and asked for an array without specifying its size, while also disallowing the use of collections (like lists). For a company that has been in the market for 10+ years, I expected a more professional setup. I’d strongly recommend the company switch to a reliable coding platform with proper compilers, as this would provide candidates with a fairer and smoother experience.
