The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was an HR round, which was more of a “get to know you” conversation. We discussed my previous experience, the projects I’ve worked on, and which programming languages I’m most confident using.
The second round was technical, conducted by two interviewers. What I appreciated was that the HR had already emailed a breakdown of the types of questions to expect, which made the experience more transparent and less stressful. The technical questions were mostly focused on REST APIs and related topics, along with a few behavioral questions—like how I handle team conflicts and collaboration
