First interview was very easy. Mainly making sure I had a solid background in selling. Discussed Farmer/Hunter sales strategies. They need sales reps with both skill sets. No hard questions. It was mainly an interview assessing my professionalism and attitude. Telling me about the position and what a great company it was. Second interview was a little tougher. Wanted to make sure I understood there was a lot to learn and what would be my commitment level to keeping abreast of products, market conditions, and service issues.
