Interview
The process consisted of an online application, followed by two online tests, written exercise and a half a day assessment centre consisting of a general interview and a technical interview. The whole process was conducted very professionally. The general interview was standard competency, motivational and commercial awareness questions. The technical interview was tough and at time quite philosophical, nonetheless a very enjoyable experience.

Interview
Online AC. Very relaxed and friendly. First interview was with Partner and HR, asking motivational, competency, and situational questions. Second interview was with 2 partners. Given an article to read and 30 minutes to prepare. Questions asked were commercial and legal. Be prepared to articulate and be further pressed on most of your answers.

Interview
Written exercise completed a few days before AC 2 x 1 hour interviews, one on you, one on a news article. Very conversational set-up with time to ask questions at the end. Everyone was so nice and encouraging!
