Smooth and communicative. From the start, Sam (the recruiter) laid out a clear process. She said FP was revising the steps in the hiring process, but it felt like they had it nailed. There were multiple rounds, and I had one day with two interviews stacked. Every call had a purpose and I never felt that they were drawing it out - the pace was perfect.
Sam communicated the entire time, giving feedback from the last interview and telling me what to expect from the next.
