I appreciated how the process gave me a chance not only to showcase my personality and skills but also to get a sense of the team's management style and overall vibe. Honestly, I think more companies should adopt this approach (application → phone screening → assessment center → offer). it’s fewer steps for candidates and, for anyone like me, much less stressful.
