      Customer Service Specialist Interview

      2 Apr 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Frndly TV

      Interview

Phone screen then a pointless in person interview. I only met with Paul who asked the most boring and tiring customer support questions. It was so hard for me to engage in conversation or feel excited. I would have loved to meet other people, get to actually know each other, and not be asked the most basic questions. I think most people would like how easy the interview was, but it felt so robotic to me and why in person? It could have definitely been a zoom interview. Also, hourly wages get shafted when it comes to time off. Position is extremely low pay for Denver and the time off is not good. If the company does actually promote within (read other review) then a good starter job though with I'm sure cool people.
