Interview
I had a recent interview with their Talent Lead and, unfortunately, the experience felt quite impersonal. The conversation came across as highly scripted, with the interviewer reading through a list of questions in a robotic manner and offering little to no reaction or engagement throughout. There was very little room for natural conversation, making it difficult to establish rapport or get a sense of the company culture.
It’s possible they are new to interviewing or was having an off day, but the interaction lacked the warmth and curiosity that typically makes for a productive and respectful interview experience. I hope future candidates will encounter a more thoughtful and engaging approach.
