Interview
Group interviews that asks a group on 35 4 questions. The host has each person to read an answer from on question they answered. The selection is made afterwards and applications are sent out based on people selected.
Good interview with a great understand of what is expected when applying for the position. They made it clear of the work life balance with the schedule and time frame of work.

Interview
I cycled through 5 supervisors who would gauge my personality, salesmanship, general education, and ability to communicate effectively. The second interview was more intense one on one classical interview questions such as strengths/weakness etc.
