Individual interview with the Supervisor/Technology Consultant/Project Manager. He inquired about the type and number of certifications and knowledge of VOIP, Routing and Switching for Cisco equipment. He inquired about the number of years of actual work experience in Network Engineering and for which companies.

The interview was subtle, no difficult questions but also no easy ones. It went well. Mostly questions from CCNA stuff. and HR questions, What environment best suites for maximum productivity, They got back to me within a week

After an interesting screening interview, I went in for a second in-person interview.
I went to HR and was escorted around to several different people to tack to them and answer questions. I found that a lot of their infrastructure was pretty old and they had a lot of improvement plans that were 'on hold'.

it was easy and more of technical questions ,so get more information on routing and switching , also you need to dress neat , make sure you show more interest in the job and be more specific on your answers
