Phone screen, video interview with hiring manager, then video interview with SVP. I made it to the final stages in the process but had to constantly email and push the recruiting team the whole way to give me updates. Once I hit the final step all communication dropped off entirely. It's been 4 weeks, I have followed up twice, and have received NOTHING in return. I was neither rejected nor given an offer. Just ghosted.
