Frontline Call Center interview questions

I applied and completed an assessment, then I was contacted by the Executive Directors of Frontline Call Center and Frontline Services. I explained my experience and the interview was very pleasant. They offer me the position on the spot. I received my offer letter after the zoom interview and started the following day.

Maybe because of COVID-19 (maybe not), however it was a virtual Zoom meeting. Ask about your home computer software for position requirements. Distraction-free environment. Ask you if you are able to uphold the requirements for the position.
