I interviewed at Frozen Beverage Dispensers (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
Very long. It was too many rounds, and almost everyone ended up taking your interview. They say culture, but not really. The people, I guess, just seem friendly rather than actually being one. It is a competitive world, but clarity would go a long way.

Interview
The interview process was extensive but extremely well done. I identified the opportunity on LinkedIn and applied for the confidential company post. I received a contact from the consulting company and was guided for him during the entire process. I had one Zoom interview, one on-site tour and interview, one panel interview that last almost 6 hours including business lunch with the CEO. It is also important to mention that a psychological assessment and an interview was also part of the process. As I said before, long but extremely professional process.
Thank you for your feedback. We include a behavioral/leadership assessment as part of the interview process for specific high-level positions. The purpose of the assessment is to make sure the leadership candidate is ready for the role, to understand what strengths the candidate will bring as well as the areas the candidates will need extra development/support, and determine if the candidate aligns with our company values and work environment.

Interview
Lengthy and thorough, the most I have ever experienced throughout my career where I was merely a potential candidate. It's isn't good or bad, just found it to be it could be somewhat misleading. I met with a number of executives as well as the engineering team. Of course the executives are not going to give you the technical questions that an engineer is most comfortable, they are going to be broad and general, looking for examples in your career where you had shown X, Y or Z skills. The other interview where based around personal values. Those were in my opinion not presented in the best way possible. A persons values can come from so many different places, and for some of us who may not have had great role models growing up, it may be those very lack of values or beliefs that became the personal motivation to aspire to do more and to grow as a person with values. I can express these thing now, but ask me during an interview and the hesitation to formulate an appropriate answer is difficult. I toured the facility and I was sincerely interested in how they operate coming from a manufacture company myself, noticing the similarities and difference in how their approaches. The engineering team seemed very down to earth and did not appear to try and ask unreasonable questions that I would struggle to answer. Over all it was a pleasant experience.
