I had two phone interviews. First was HR and second was hiring manager. The HR interview asked more questions that the manager. Pay was described as extremely low

HR asked a few questions about background. Manager just asked to review resume. No real questions. Waste of time

Interview
About 2 hour interview with engineering, project management and marketing managers. Basically, straight forward typical interview questions. Also asked if I would be concerned if I had to not only perform PM duties, but also handle project scheduling activities.
