I initially had a phone screen with a potential future colleague. He sudsed out basic interests, technical capabilities, and cultural fit. Afterwards, I had a video call with the CTO. This went well, so I was lined up for 3 sets of technical interviews (1hr each) with the hardware team. Finally, one more phone interview to discuss roles and responsibilities with the CTO.
