The interview began with a written assessment test for technical evaluation (after filling the 4 page personal data page) followed by 3 rounds of personal interview spread over 2 months conducted by the reporting manager and thereafter his panel (including Directors) using scripted questions, concluded by basic HR data collection prior to issue of offer letter.
