I was interviewed over the phone and through email. I never really had to interview for the position as I was more than qualified for it. I know the program director for the department I was applying for so it was very easy to get the process going.

I had a phone interview. Over all I didn't think it went well because it was 3 on the far end and people seemed to be speak on top of each other. I am disappointed in the pay that was offered. I was told it could be 2 weeks till I heard back.

Interview
If you know someone in the school and a position opens, consider it yours. Even without much experience. You just need a BA degree. The interview was semi formal, but it didn't require you to answer any difficult questions.
