First you are entered into an applicant pool then Phone screening, followed by an in person interview with principal and AP. Everything was well planned and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

After completing the online application, I had a phone interview since I was out of state. After the phone interview, I received a call back and an offer was made within a few hours.

Complete an online application through the FCS website. Then contacted for a screening interview. Direct school contacted me for an interview. Attended in person interview with the department head. Attended a second interview with department head and principal. Offer extended.

In person interview, had to do a demo lesson plan. Due to it being during the summer the demo was presented in front of adults vs. children which was a tad bit nerve-racking.
