Google teaching expectations, align those expectations with those of your own. create 30 sec elevator intro. youre ready! initial interview is usually on line voice activated interview to populated questions. you do not get to hear the answers and make changes. you have an allotted time to record your responses (that's why I suggested plan for your responses to goals and expectations for the demographic and instructional challenges, once you have this prepped you're going to do well)
First you are entered into an applicant pool then Phone screening, followed by an in person interview with principal and AP. Everything was well planned and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Complete an online application through the FCS website. Then contacted for a screening interview. Direct school contacted me for an interview. Attended in person interview with the department head. Attended a second interview with department head and principal. Offer extended.

In person interview, had to do a demo lesson plan. Due to it being during the summer the demo was presented in front of adults vs. children which was a tad bit nerve-racking.
