Fundamento interview questions

The interview process at Fundamento consisted of an HR round, followed by a video round and a technical round. Overall, it was very smooth and well-structured—one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. The HR team was clear and transparent in their communication throughout, which made the process comfortable and professional. One of the most valuable aspects was being offered detailed feedback after the interview. Meenakshi shared a thoughtful and in-depth review, clearly highlighting what went well and areas for improvement. This level of transparency and guidance made the experience genuinely helpful from a candidate’s perspective.
