The interview process consisted of two rounds: a technical interview with challenging and thoughtful questions, followed by an alignment and fit interview with a highly technically savvy and engaged team.

Question 1
Approach to tracking and managing KPIs and ensuring quality delivery across teams
For those of you going through this ridiculous process and wondering if it’s worth it? Don’t waste your time. I knew this place gave me all sorts of red flags while I went through this long drawn-out interview process. First, they did not have HR screen you, you jump straight in to a 4 panel interview with people who don’t ask that great of questions… it’s very awkward. And then you get asked to do a presentation (of course, with a new panel of people). At first I was like ok they want to see my presenting skills, lol! no. They wanted me to do the JOB. They send you a messed up excel sheet with inaccurate numbers/dates and give you no direction or indication (for the sake of it being an interview/free work??) and expect you to reorganize the data, build a deck, and then present. Oh! And you also have to create a recap email and send all of the material to them after (hmmm.. i wonder who’s work I completed? . It took me a good chunk of time to complete this. Then guess what? A week goes by… nothing. Few days later? I don’t even get the decency of a human response. The classic automated rejection email! Screw these guys! Not to mention the hiring manager didn’t even show up to my interview presentation, even though HR said he was on it and played a major role in the presentation portion. Didn’t even get an explanation why. I should have known better.
