Interview

The interview was very easy, asked simple questions. Mainly they needed to know if you could keep your composure with difficult customers over the head set. Basically you need good communication skills and computer skills for this job.

Typical, very fair and friendly atmosphere during interview. Position was clearly defined and was able to ask additional questions regarding potential growth within the company. Company cares about its staff and community.

if you can turn a computer on you get hired. Fused solutions will let you bumble and stumble. it's amazing the company still exists. a bunch of jokers running the place. management too often has inappropriate relations with staff.
