The interview process was very warm and welcoming from the beginning. I was offered coffee, shown the HQ, and introduced to some of the team members before the interview started. The interview itself was in the form of a conversation where I was asked about my experience and approach to various job functions. The interview was 2 rounds and I was offered a position on the spot at the end of the second interview.
