They had a sign up at the local store. Went in a filled in a form in person and then filled in a form online, a questionaire with questions such as have you ever stolen anything, Criminal record, previous job experience and such. After a few days I got a call from them and went in for an interview. Standard 1 on 1 interview with the manager, took 30 minutes. Then I was told if I was accepted there would be another interview but I never was called back.
