Technical Interview taken by PPC Department head. There is no any official formality follows like appointments letter & joining letter for new employees. Lack of HR management skill. No any quick response after completion of interview process.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at G M Engineering (Burlington, ON) in Nov 2016

Interview

Short series of questions about me and my previous experiences in school and work. Discussed the duties of a junior mechanical designer. Interviewer explained manufacturing process of a small mechanism he had on his desk. Then I completed a test on solidworks to show i knew the software.
