I applied for a Digital Learning role in August 2022 and had an initial interview/screening call with the internal Resourcing Manager followed by an interview with senior members of the Resourcing and L&D teams. It was unclear as to whether salary ranges matched but I was promised feedback on this was to come. I didn't hear a thing after that, despite following up with the Resourcing Manager. I completely understand if there wasn't a fit in terms of people, package or job level, but it's not acceptable to completely blank an applicant who has put the time and effort in. What does this say about you as a business - I know what conclusion I came to.
