There are 5 rounds.Aptitude and technical mcq round,role play round,hr and final interview round.The aptitude and technical mcq together included 30 questions.This round is a selection round.Then was the role play round in which we were given certain roles and some problems and we have to speak for about 2 minutes.Then was the interview round were the main focus was on the project

I applied online .There were five rounds.First round was general online assessment.Remaining four rounds were conducted offline at Kochi. There was industrial assessment round,roleplay,technical interview and hr interview.Industrial assesments were about retail industry prior to a presentation explaining about the industry.Everyone so friendly and cheerful to greet every candidates and created a tension free environment. The whole process was smooth and fast paced.

I was asked about everything in my resume,especially about project and some general hr level questions. Some candidates was asked to choose a programming language and were asked questions and basic coding based on this.
