I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at G2A in Nov 2025
Interview
After almost 2 months since application, they suddenly asked if I was still interested and booked me on an HR call.
The HR call seemed rushed - it took approx. 14 minutes out of 30 minutes booked, and I wasn't given opportunity to ask any questions myself. The questions were standard ones, such as why I believe I'm fit for this role.
After promising to get back to me the following week, nothing happened. After 1.5 weeks I got an email rejection with very questionable reasons, because the HR interview didn't provide them with any new info in regards to those reasons.
The whole application process felt like a show trial and ultimately left a negative impression. It felt like I was never on their radar from day 1 - but if that's the case, why waste someone's time?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G2A in Feb 2017
Interview
First meeting with the head of design department (with questions about my past experience and why I want to work in G2a, I could also ask questions about the job). Second meeting with one of the top managers. This was to check if I will fit with the company, the questions were about me as a person, and not so much about my design knowledge

Interview
Very nice people, the process took around a month. Clear communication, clear expectations and relaxed atmosphere during the interview. I got a small task to do during the interview, was afraid I won’t get the position but then I did.
