asking Question literally nothing important till you get to the tech part of the interwire there are so good Q like cooing in sql and good design pattern to see whaat is good in the mind of the devloper

Phone interview with reeds (Mike was very friendly!), then an online assessment (answering 24 questions in 30 mins). Then an in person interview and task at the assessment centre. Overall process took around a month.
