The most unprofessional HR I had ever met for two reasons: 1. The email they sent to their candidates has no specific name just Greetings at the beginning of the email (Feels like they send out a lot of the same emails to a bunch of candidates at the same time). 2. When I had technology issues in opening the file through private sharing, I politely asked HR for help and they just said check out the spam folder (I already checked it but didn't find it) and they never responded to me later. And finally, HR won't schedule the interview until the day before the actual interview (I know you are busy but it's not an excuse and all candidates are busy!) When I called to check if everything is alright, HR just said they are busy with no apologies or respect to the candidates. This is a family business and I expect more about respect to people. There are two rounds in total: The first one is all about behavioral questions like how would you assess if the internship is successful or not, given two projects - one is impactful but has no immediate impact for now and the other one is normal and easy but has immediate impact for now, which one do you prefer. And I got to the final interview with the same interviewer to go over three Basic Statistical Questions & Coding Questions (Independent event, Conditional Probability, Expectation, Join two tables, and How to deal with missing values). I think I nailed the interview and the interviewer seemed satisfied with my work. They said that I would get the final result by the end of the next week but I never got back. HR just ghosted me ignoring my follow-up emails. Luckily I got the offer from another company, which is a better option than here. The interviewer is nice and kind. And they don't expect a lot of technical skills from the candidates. Do not expect a lot from this company, they will disappoint you.
