applied at career fair, had phone screening week later and scheduled on campus interview, after on campus interview was offered opportunity to come to headquarters for 2 day recruiting event. Put in nice hotel and had tour of the campus first day, reception and dinner with other recruits and managers. 2nd day had 4 interviews and a case study involving accounting decisions.
