The company came to the career fair at my university this past January. I gave them my resume and about a week later they contacted me via email telling me more about the process. I had an on campus interview which was pretty straight forward. They ask you questions from your resume, to tell them about yourself, basic questions that you don't have to think hard about to answer

In order to receive an interview you had to be selected and then given a timeslot. They ask mainly about leadership experience and what you learned from it. They also want to see why you're passionate and interested in the opportunity.

Met Gallo on campus during career fair, earned first interview the next day. Relaxed interview with two recruiters and earned 2nd interview the next week on campus. Thought I did good and was told I would hear back in a week or so and still haven’t heard back in a month.

Great interview with great people, very conversational. The best advice is to really expound on your leadership experience and how you can apply what you've learned to the program. It was a three step interview process that took approximately two months to complete in it's entirety.
