Applied for this position 07/23/2025, rec'd email from HR manager to schedule phone interview. I replied within 15 minutes of receiving the email and we had an email exchanging culminating in the scheduling of a phone interview on 07/31/2025 @ 10:30 AM. Cool. I'm prepared, I'm excited, I'm waiting for the call.
The appointment time comes, no call. I wait 5 minutes...10 minutes...15...20...25...30 minutes pass, nothing. So, I emailed her @ 11:04 AM, and asked if she was having difficulties and needed to reschedule. She responds at 2:56 PM claiming that the number she called was busy. I replied @ 3:02 PM and note the oddness of that, attempted to confirm that she dialed the correct number (and provided mine again even though it was on my resume), and no response. I follow up again on 08/04 @ 12:05 PM inquiring about rescheduling, no response. I follow up again on 08/14 @ 5:25 PM, and, you guessed it, no response. I checked to see if the listing was still on the site each time, and it was.
Today (08/20), I checked the website and I see that the listing has been removed, so it has either been filled or cancelled. Either way, the discourteousness is astounding. And I really want to message the Sr. HR Manager or CHRO on LinkedIn and tell them about my experience. But, I am sure it will just disappear into the ether if I do, and I might run the risk of burning professional bridges before I can build them. Nonetheless, this whole experience has just left me super demoralized, and reading the reviews of this company here has just solidified that I dodged a MAJOR bullet.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GC America (Alsip, IL)
Interview
First two out of three interviews were great. Unfortunately, by the 3rd interview I saw the red flags. Seems like a Male dominated work place that is horribly disorganized. I ended up getting ghosted then receiving an offer 4 weeks later after following up multiple times. The HR personnel wanted me to quit my job that day. Absolutely avoid and count yourself lucky for dodging such a toxic workplace.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GC America in Aug 2023
Interview
30 minute interview with the director of QA department and another 30 minute interview with the supervisor of the department. They ask about your experience in QA and if you have experience with softwares such as SAP for product release. Fairly simple and they are very nice
