Simple interview process. Fill out an application, sit down interview with the manager then a background check. As long as the background check comes back okay candidate will receive a confirmation call telling them when to be at work.

They don’t interview you at all. If you live outside of Portland, You send your resume, they run your background check and ask when you can start. That’s literally it and you need zero experience.

Interview
The interview and interviewer was low key and pleasant. He was pleased that I showed up early. I was very happy to hear that the job was structured and timed and that I would be working with other people.
He was pleased that I had experience in this field and that my training would be cut to minimum.
He explained that there were benefits including 401k which sounded great.
