Interview
Swift process, didn't waste time and kept the process simple. Could be a good or bad thing. There was a incredible amount of work to try and staff as the company was in a growth period.

What is your experience with mentoring junior employees?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GCI Health in Mar 2020
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and set up a call about the open role. From there it was a few interviews with members of different teams, all conducted virtually because of covid-19. The entire process took TWO WEEKS. I had a really positive experience and was interviewing with other agencies but ultimately chose GCIH because of how organized and seamless the process was. The writing test was a bit challenging under two hours but I think they take a pretty holistic view of the candidate and assess whether they're a good fit beyond that.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GCI Health (Atlanta, GA) in May 2011
Interview
I was notified by HR and given a 30-minute interview. A few days later, I was scheduled for a in-person interview with the team. A few weeks later, I was offered the position.
