I applied for another job title on line. But still got the interview chance, which I didn't see the post on website. Because of my out of state location, I only have one on-site interview which lasts for 2 hours. And the whole process was well-organized. The owner and also the leader of engineering department interviewed me with both tech and non-tech questions. (If I remember right, there are three pages of questions...) Since I just graduated, there is not much detailed technical questions. Basically, the questions are focused on my experiences in school and internships. Also at the end, there is a short tour around the company.
