I was contacted by an AI scheduling system for a screening interview. The screening interview was a 30 minute video call with a remote-based, 3rd party HR rep who appeared to have never looked at my resume. I had a 2nd round video call that was 1 hour long with 2 managers. They said they would reach out within 2 weeks. After 5 weeks, I still did not hear back. Ghosted.
