Interview
I was referred by someone internally and was contacted via phone by the hiring manager. A phone interview was conducted within a week, followed by a face-to-face interview at a local hotel with both the direct manager and the regional manager. Once an offer was made and accepted, a month long background screening took place and a start date was given.

Limited technical questions. More questions regarding people skills, ability to work through adversity and longer hours, and troubleshooting ability.

Interview
I was given a short phone interview first and then a follow up lunch interview with two managers. In the phone interview they were very curious about my past experience working in the oil field and my knowledge of chemical plants. In the lunch interview they wanted to meet me and get a feel for my personality. I feel that I may have asked more questions in the lunch interview than they did but that did not appear to bother them.

Interview
Phone interview with consultant follow by site interview. Next, pending for medical check up.Need to take intiative to liaise with the HR and ask for follow up.
Whole phone interview will take approximate 30 to 40minutes . Next, site interview will be arranged. Interview will be arranged by HR staff. Everything goes well, letter of offer will be offered by the consultant while pending for medical checkup status.

Technical question such as what is safety will be compromise during a project activities, explain a scenario on how will you settle if you encounter a scenario that you need to meet deadline while the safety has been compromised, etc.
