I applied for the South Plainfield location in NJ. Process begins with a 15-20 min call from HR in California location. Call is in depth and they ask a bunch of questions to gauge your knowledge and experience. .In my experience I applied for a certain position and got recommended for another position which I thought at first was great... after the call they reach out to the hiring team at the site you are applying at then the HR person will tell you If they want to proceed. 1 week later I had my onsite interview. For the interview you need to prepare a presentation ..which I worked so hard on.. and present it to the hiring team.. After the interview they each ask you questions. Questions weren't hard but they didn't seem to even consider my resume or experience. The questions were like "what do you do for fun " and basic questions like "describe a time you were in a crisis". It was not related to my position at all and I felt like I was set up for failure. I didn't even apply for the position that HR recommended me for which was annoying as I didnt have experience in that position!I was so excited to work for the company but it took 3 weeks to hear back to find out I was not selected. I was more than qualified . Make sure you know the machines/ instruments and STUDY their website. Does not matter how hard you work on the powerpoint or your credentials if the team feels you don't fit in you wont get hired.
